A new and increasingly complex set of changes is facing society. Youth today must be equipped and prepared to lead efforts to meet pressing community challenges on a local and global level.
Young people who are equipped with 21st century skills will be best prepared to develop solutions to meet new community needs.
goLEAD (generationOn Leadership, Education, and Development) is an innovative solution to equip middle and high school aged youth with invaluable 21st century skills that will allow them to change themselves and the world through service.
A state-of-the-art training program, goLEAD, teaches leadership, project planning, and management skills through 30 hours of experiential goLEAD team-building activities. These activities, developed by the Center for Creative Leadership, center around nine modules that equip participants with the resources to initiate a capstone service project.
Using a train-the-trainer model, generationOn trains and certifies adults who work with youth on the goLEAD program. Join us! Become part of a national network of caring adults who transform the way youth interact with their communities -- Click here to learn more about goLEAD.
