Inspired by Nature
Project:
Grab some friends and make drawings or paintings of nature. Scenes of nature help people feel relaxed, happy, and can help them get better when they are sick. So don’t wait another minute. Find a place that inspires you and draw it for someone else!
Friends
Paper or canvas
Colored pencils, crayons, or paint and paint brushes
1
Ask your parents to call a local hospital in order to set up a time for you to deliver your finished work of art.
2
Invite your friends over, grab you art supplies, and explore the great outdoors with your parent’s permission.
3
Once you find something that inspires you, draw it!
4
After you’re done, think of reasons why you drew what you drew.
5
Visit the hospital and give your drawing to a patient so that they can enjoy the natural environment as well.
6
You can also try: Using a camera to take pictures of nature, printing them out, and making frames for them using popsicle sticks.
