Who Are We?

Why Now?

Child Volunteers to"Change the World"

Body

We believe in the power of kids to change the world, and the power of service to change the lives of kids.

We know that service strikes at the core issues of the dropout epidemic, yielding measurable outcomes including improved academic achievement, increased critical thinking and work skills, and reduction in risky behaviors, class failures and suspensions. Service increases attendance, builds stronger relationships between teachers and students, improves academic performance and motivates students. Service is more than a cultural value. It is an essential tool to the development of the next generation and a powerful lever for the education and life success of all children.
