Mother's Day Report
Body
Mother's Day is celebrated in countries around the world. What moms have to celebrate varies dramatically depending on where they live, according to Save the Children's "State of the World's Mothers" report, which ranks 164 countries on women's access to health care, education and opportunities.
The report includes the ranked data along with reflective essays from a variety of people. At the end of the report, find research notes and frequently asked questions. Use this report, essays, and accompanying reflection questions and teaching units to guide youth as they explore global issues. We hope this sparks creative discussion and action about global issues and our power to make a difference.
